Su-Yen Wong
For over two decades, Su-Yen climbed the corporate ranks as she helped some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations address their strategic and human capital challenges. Her fast-paced global career had her living and working around the world, and spending an inordinate amount of time on planes and in airports and hotels!
Today, she serves as Chairperson and Independent Director of several public, private, and not-for-profit organisations headquartered in Australia, Asia, and the United States. She is a board and C-suite advisor, professional speaker on the future of work, and adjunct professor of global leadership at the National University of Singapore Business School.
Su-Yen is passionate about helping audiences around the world navigate the intersection of technology, strategy, and leadership. Her company, Bronze Phoenix, is a premier provider of solutions that help organisations and leaders reinvent themselves.
