7 Days130 Kilometres

A year ago, my husband and I embarked on a journey - by foot -  through the heart of ancient Japan, via the Nakasendo Way.

As we trekked through scenic villages, cedar, cypress, and bamboo forests, I had the opportunity to reflect deeply on five lessons that are apt metaphors for the journey ahead of us, as we adapt to Connecting Over Video, Isolation, and Distancing.

My story is included in this book I've curated which is comprised of a wonderful series of articles by 19 professional speakers and thought leaders. It is our gift to you.
