REINVENTING WITH INTENTION AND IMPACT
Join the 2024 Singaporean of the Year, and Singapore's First Happiness Scientist to design your next leap with purpose
Success is a Milestone. Impact is a Legacy. You’ve built a career of achievement, but perhaps a deeper question remains: What do I want my next chapter to stand for?
Through guided reflection, the humility of a beginner’s perspective, and a purpose-led reinvention journey, this workshop invites you to explore how intention shapes the choices you make about work, wellbeing, and your contribution to the world.
MEET THE SPEAKERS
Sha-En Yeo
Singapore's first Happiness Scientist®️
Sha-En Yeo brings the science of wellbeing into everyday life. Trained in Applied Positive Psychology at the University of Pennsylvania, she translates research backed concepts into simple, practical strategies that help people sustain energy, resilience, and mental wellbeing at work and beyond.
As the founder of Happiness Scientists, Sha-En's work sits at the intersection of psychology, leadership, and lived experience, helping individuals and teams understand not just how to perform, but how to stay well while doing so
Having trained over 25,000 people across Singapore and the region, and recognised as one of LinkedIn Asia’s top mental health advocates, Sha-En is known for her ability to make complex ideas feel accessible, grounded, and immediately useful.
In conversation, she invites participants to start the year with intention, offering a gentle yet structured way to slow down, reconnect, and set direction. Through simple reflective practices, she explores how clarity and energy emerge when we create space to listen inward, and how small, intentional choices can shape what comes next.

Su-Yen Wong *Host*
Board Director, Professor, Professional Speaker
Su-Yen Wong founded the Remarkable Reinventors Community in 2020 to bring together seasoned professionals navigating career pivots, portfolio careers, and new ventures - creating a space for shared stories, fresh perspectives, and mutual support.
After several decades advising and working with some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations, she embarked on a portfolio career (before it was fashionable). She recognised how lonely it can be to step into a second chapter, and saw a need for a community for senior leaders intent on reinventing themselves with purpose.
Today, she is a board chair and an independent director of multiple public, private, and non-profit organisations in Australia, Asia, and the United States. She was the first female Chairperson of the Singapore Institute of Directors and is an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore Business School. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and her insights are regularly featured in print, broadcast, and online media. She is a LinkedIn Top Voice, and the Prestige Woman of Power 2025.

JOIN THE CONVERSATIONWHY REINVENTION MATTERS
Surround Yourself with Changemakers
You’ll be alongside senior leaders and experienced professionals who are choosing to reflect, not react. According to the World Economic Forum, 44% of workers’ core skills are expected to change by 2027, prompting many to rethink not just their roles, but how they want to work and contribute. This workshop brings together people who are shaping what comes next with intention.
Reframe Experience without Starting Over
Reinvention does not mean discarding what you’ve built. 68% of people who return to work later in life move into roles unrelated to their previous careers, often driven by purpose, flexibility, and impact rather than advancement alone. You’ll hear lived stories of how experience can be reinterpreted and carried forward into meaningful new forms of contribution.(Source Encore.org)
Staying Relevant by Choosing Perspective
Change is accelerating, but disengagement remains widespread. Gallup reports that only 23% of employees worldwide feel engaged at work, even as organisations place growing emphasis on reskilling and upskilling. Staying relevant today is less about speed and more about clarity. Make space to step back, reconnect with what matters, and consider how learning, wellbeing, and purpose evolve together.
AT A GLANCE: THE WORKSHOP
THE QUESTIONS THAT BRING THE WHOLE PICTURE INTO VIEW
What changes when you stop rushing forward and begin the year with intention?
Consider how slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and seeing your life as a whole can bring clarity to what truly matters now.
What happens when you allow yourself to be a beginner again?
Explore how curiosity, humility, and new ways of connecting can shift perspective, revealing possibilities you might otherwise overlook.
How do you shape what comes next without discarding what you have built?
Reflect on how purpose, values, and lived experience can guide reinvention that creates meaningful impact, while honouring the work and choices that brought you here.
REINVENTION DOESN'T WAIT, IT STARTS WHEN YOU DO
Forget waiting for the stars to align. The true moment of transformation is the one you choose - and it starts when you take that first bold step into the unknown.
