Global Board Director, Professor, Professional Speaker
Su-Yen is an experienced board chair and an independent director of multiple public, private, and non-profit organisations in Australia, Asia, and the United States. She was the first female Chairperson of the Singapore Institute of Directors and is an Adjunct Professor at the National University of Singapore. She is a Certified Speaking Professional (CSP) and her insights are regularly featured in print, broadcast, and online media.
She founded the Remarkable Reinventors Community in 2020 to bring together seasoned professionals navigating career pivots, portfolio careers, and new ventures - creating a space for shared stories, fresh perspectives, and mutual support.
Previously, she was CEO of the Human Capital Leadership Institute. Earlier, she spent over two decades at Marsh McLennan, Mercer, and Oliver Wyman, working with some of the world’s largest, most innovative, and complex organisations.
